Troubleshooting - Configuration Issue on a MAC controller

When you try to configure the default Gateway for the secondary Ethernet port in the TCP/IP settings of your  MAC36NL, after the controller has rebooted do the settings disappear?

 

Here's How You Can Fix It!

 

In the early release of MAC36NL distribution files for Niagara there was an issue that you couldn’t set the Default Gateway for the secondary port, but now with the new release for 4.8 and 4.9 this issue is resolved.

 

You will need to instal the new Dist files, restart the workbench, clean the controller and then re-start the commissioning process for the controller again.
